Notice is hereby given that Washington County Public Schools will accept sealed bids for the purpose of establishing a contract to replace and add site lighting at South Hagerstown High School. This bid/project is subject to Minority Business Enterprise Procedures for State Funded Public School Construction Projects. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice.  The overall certified MBE subcontracting goal for this project is 5% with no subgoals.  This project is also being bid with Prevailing Wage Rates.
