It is the intent of Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms who specialize in providing copy/print hardware, service, supplies, and software. The objective of this engagement is to implement a system-wide contract for copying and printing including a software solution for device and usage management.  Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) has retained Optimizon to assist with this RFP.
