Notice is hereby given that Washington County Public Schools will accept sealed bids for the purpose of establishing a contract for Athletic Field and Track Improvements at Smithsburg High School. This bid /project is subject to Minority Business Enterprise Procedures for State Funded Public School Construction Projects.  Please visit the WCPS Purchasing Department website for a list of MDOT certified MBE firms that may be potential subcontractors. The overall certified MBE subcontracting goal for this project is 8% with no subgoals.  This construction project is being bid with Davis-Bacon Wage Rates.
