The intent of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract, or contracts, for the Professional Architectural/Engineering Design Services for the removal of underground oil storage tanks and the installation of above ground oil storage tanks at Clear Spring Elementary School, Pleasant Valley Elementary School, Smithsburg Elementary School, and Smithsburg High School.
